Heart Soccer Academy provides soccer SPECIFIC speed and agility

At the elite level, athleticism and a high level of fitness are essential to performance. As players develop and mature physically, it is important for them to combine technical training on the ball with high intensity training off the ball. This soccer-specific fitness training will challenge players both physically and mentally, improving their speed, agility, overall fitness and ability to perform during match play.

Summer 2017 Speed & Agility Training Dates:
Session 1 – June 27th, June 29th, July 11th, July 13th, July 18th, July 20th, July 25th, July 27th

Summer 2017 Speed & Agility Training Times:

12+: Tuesdays & Thursdays – @ 5:00 – 6:00
