Heart Soccer Academy provides soccer SPECIFIC speed and agility
At the elite level, athleticism and a high level of fitness are essential to performance. As players develop and mature physically, it is important for them to combine technical training on the ball with high intensity training off the ball. This soccer-specific fitness training will challenge players both physically and mentally, improving their speed, agility, overall fitness and ability to perform during match play.

Will has his Master’s in Sport & Exercise Science as well as the following certifications:
NASM-PES & CES
CAFS with specialization in ACL injury prevention
Will has worked for the past year as a Performance Coach with ETS Performance training athletes of all ages and abilities from the youth to professional level for speed, strength and injury prevention. Passionate about developing athletes, Will is excited to help prepare you for your upcoming season!
*In addition to the two scheduled sessions per week, each athlete will be provided on the first night with two additional training sessions to complete each week on their own time. These training sessions will address the development of both anaerobic and aerobic endurance specific to soccer.
